With the establishment of Yarger Design Group my position as project architect with Yarger Associates evolved to include Vice-president of Operations and project management. I had the unique opportunity to help shape the direction of the firm. Duties include all project aspects from programming through contract administration. I had extensive communications with clients, contractors and consultants regarding all facets of the projects. Additionally, my duties included office administration and oversight of the daily operations. Other responsibilities included reviews, coordination and review of all consultants’ work, established budget hours and cost of document preparation including monitoring cost of architectural and engineering services. I served as the primary contact during construction administration. Created and implemented office procedures and standards for construction documentation and wrote all specifications

Primary project types were aquatic centers, financial institutions and municipal civic facilities.
