Project Manager/Design

Duties for this turnkey construction management company included oversight responsibility of multiple commercial retail projects involving scheduling, bidding and administration as well as supervision of project superintendents. As its Architect I developed proto-type retail and petroleum sales projects. Additionally, I conducted value-engineering and design review of all out-sourced architectural work.
